We offer standardized pricing tiers for 250, 500, 1,000, and 5,000+ pieces. As your batch size increases, the per-unit factory cost automatically reduces. The dynamic price is displayed instantly as you toggle quantities.
Do you offer custom printed bags on this site?
Yes! On orders above 5,000 pieces, custom factory printing is available. You can connect directly with our production desk on WhatsApp at +91 99182 80347 (mentioning you came from the Papzo site) for artwork specifications, plate setup, and proofs. Plain unprinted kraft bags remain available from 250 pieces for immediate dispatch.
Product & Paper Quality
What paper do you use?
Our bags are formed from virgin kraft paper reels at Gargi PaperKraft's Lucknow facility. Natural unbleached kraft provides high tensile strength, structural tear-resistance, and an understated organic appearance.
Can I brand these plain bags myself?
Yes. Many of our café, retail, and bakery clients apply custom rubber ink stamps, printed vinyl stickers, or handwritten notes directly onto the smooth matte kraft surface.
Are the bags recyclable and plastic-free?
Yes. All three launch products are 100% plastic-free, biodegradable, and fully compliant with state and municipal single-use plastic regulations across Uttar Pradesh and India.
Logistics, Delivery & Freight
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship directly from Gargi PaperKraft's manufacturing plant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
How long does delivery take?
For Lucknow orders placed before 5:00 PM, we provide same-day doorstep delivery via Porter directly from our Chinhat factory floor. All Pan-India orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days via reliable express road freight with live parcel tracking.
How does local delivery via Porter work in Lucknow?
When you place a Lucknow order (PIN code starting with 226), our plant packing team packages your cartons and triggers an automated Porter vehicle booking. Small orders (up to 300 bags) are assigned a Porter 2-Wheeler, while 500 to 1,000+ pieces are dispatched in a Porter 3-Wheeler or Tata Ace. Deliveries typically reach your premises within 2 to 4 hours.
How are shipping charges calculated for Porter delivery? (To-Pay Model)
We believe in zero freight markups. At checkout, ₹0 is charged for shipping. When the Porter partner arrives at your shop, clinic, or restaurant, you pay the actual Porter distance fare directly to the driver via UPI or Cash (typically ₹70–₹130 for 2-Wheelers, ₹240–₹390 for 3-Wheelers).
How are bags packaged for shipping?
Bags are flat-packed in banded bundles inside rigid 5-ply corrugated outer cartons to protect the corners and handles from moisture, creasing, or edge abrasions during road transport.
Payments, Tax & GST Invoicing
Can I claim GST input tax credit?
Yes. During checkout, provide your valid business GSTIN and legal entity name. Gargi PaperKraft issues a valid B2B tax invoice alongside every shipment.
What payment methods are supported?
Our checkout architecture supports UPI, Net Banking, corporate credit/debit cards, and direct B2B NEFT/RTGS bank transfers for verified accounts.
